Cancel My Subscription
We want to make this as painless as possible, so we will do our best to make this simple. Of course, we are sorry to see you go. If there is anything we can do to change your mind, please contact us with your concerns.
1. Sign in to the teacher admin as the account owner and click on the "Settings" in the top menu.
2. Click on the "Billing" on the vertical menu on the left.
3. Click on the "Cancel account" hyperlink. Click to confirm this is what you intend to do.
Please note: You will receive an email confirming that you have canceled your subscription. After cancellation, you can still sign in as the teacher admin but only have the "Settings" menu available. We do this if you change your mind and wish to reactivate your account later.
For security reasons, we do not accept cancellation requests via email or phone. However, we will work with you to make the process as simple and easy as possible.
We will preserve your data for three months after a cancellation.
Reactivate your subscription
To reactivate your subscription, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to the teacher admin as the owner
2. Click on "Settings" in the top menu.
3. Click "Billing," then choose a subscription plan.
4. You may need to reenter your credit card information.
Please note: You will receive a confirmation email shortly. Your paid subscription is active, giving you full access to all features, including previously created data.
